Revival will be offering virtual or in-person acute visits to our established patients and their families. Appointments will start at 9am through noon Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. These can include stomach bug, cough and cold symptoms, UTI/yeast infections, gout flares, sore throat/strep testing, acute back pain/muscle injury, eye infection, etc. This is not to take place of your Primary Care Provider (PCP) - we are to help bridge the gap with these simple acute visits.

We ask that you DO NOT enter Revival with respiratory symptoms without calling ahead, wearing a mask, and using proper hand hygiene.
